I think for AOR it's the sponsor, just advice your representative to check their email, just in case they receive any email from CIC.

Not sure how to help you with this. Does it mean your police clearance is already expired and they are asking for an updated one? Try calling IRCC or raise a webform to explain your situation. Or try to search on here and maybe people on this forum, with similiar experience, could help you.

I hope they will start processing our applications, since Ive seen some September applicant who also got temporay file number. We are just waiting patiently, and if no AOR yet around January, we might call IRCC to ask about our application. Some August applicant waited around 3 months and got...

When an appllication is in the system, does it mean the AOR is on it's way? Is it just a temporay file number, until an officer is assigned to check for the completeness of the application?

As of now, I haven't seen any September 2020 Outland applcant who have an AOR, but some were able to get a temporary file number by calling IRCC. You can join this September 2020 thread instead...

I think you need a biometric request letter from IRCC for that

I think not every officer will look at every applications the same. Some had theirs returned, mostly Inland for zip code/country mistake. But also some were still able to get AOR. I hope we are all lucky to get AOR, hopefully this December or sooner.

August 4 Outland also. Sponsor received AOR and sponsor's approval, then the PA received Biometric request. I saw it on FB group.

I think if their address is not Canada or US address, it will be okay. As for me, I forgot to put zip code for my adress (outside of US or Canada) and my country as it doesn't have enough space. But I think it's safe to wait than to bring this into their attention, and just correct if they ask...

Would you mind if I ask if youre applying Inland or Outland? We are applying Outland. Also, did you get AOR and just worried they would still return your application for this reason regarding IMM 5406? Is it possible to still return the application after recieving AOR?

Sorry that you have to go through this. Did they specifically pointed this out as the reason when they returned your application? Was it zip code for America or Canada address that was missing?
