Keep in mind that the cases reported in these forums and on the immitracker are just an unknown % of the total amount of cases they are processing.

Congrats! Their process has been changing recently. This is exactly how it reads -- you've been approved and you are now "auto-landed" as a PR.

FWIW I gave my biometrics when I applied for a work permit at the border in 2018. I used the same biometrics for my PR application last year and I'm currently waiting for my CoPR.

Sent passport copy early March. Still waiting for any kind of update.

I'm guessing that if they were to start sending out PPRs again then at that point they'd also ramp up the processing for COPRs so I don't think it would be much risk of getting stuck in a queue.
