Hi Everyone,

I have received an offer from an organization in Canada. I am from London, Ontario but the company is located in Halifax. The company has offered a full-time position with them as an Administrative Assistant. The full-time position is based on work from home. They will provide me with all the resources that are required to perform the job. They plan to expand in our location soon, but I think they will take a year or so to open their offices at our location.
In case if I accept the offer, will this 1 year of experience with them working from my home will count in CEC category class later?

I do not want any visa rejections for this reason when I apply for Permanent residence after a year of experience.

I'm very confused, please help!

It is, since you will be in Canada, what is important is the NOC code. As long as it is A, B or 0 you are good to go

Are you sure this work from job will be considered under CEC category class ?
I checked the NOC code and this comes under B category.

My lawyer said that there might be chances of visa rejections, because of this, so I thought of getting a second opinion from similar people here.

Yes, it should be fine. You are in Canada working for a Canadian employer.

Hey, I'm in a similar situation. Did you confirm with anyone else whether work from home job is valid work experience?
