Yes I applied through authorised agent and got offer letter. Now I do not think it's mandatory to apply through agent, but it's recommended to apply through an authorised agent. Ain't aware if students have got offer letter applying without an agent.

Well I don't think that is true. Lambton Toronto is very much giving Offer letters. I have got the offer letter too.
