The first number worked, however it asks for an application number. I did not get my AOR yet that is why I am calling. What do I do for that question? I just put the # key, and eventually it said it was connecting me to an agent, and then it dropped call because volume was too high.

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has tried calling the immigration office to find out information regarding application by using Skype? I live outside of Canada, so I am not able to call them normally. I would love to get in touch with them somehow.
