with these qualifications and exp, why don't you try for PR directly? It is less expensive than studying, unless you are keen on getting Canadian education. Getting a visa for a PG course is almost impossible unless you are extremely lucky. Better try for masters.

In my opinion, instead of counting on the luck of a few people, applying for PG is better. Definitely the eyebrows are raised if you apply for a UG program after B.Tech. Chances of visa rejection will be almost certain, unless you are extremely lucky !!
