You have to get the transcripts sealed and signed in an envolope and also a stamp on it's seal,the you can send it to your university that will be considered official transcript i.e you have not opened it or changed it and they have recieved it from your Diploma university directly.

Mail all these universities your profile and ask them directly, at times they accept low GPA's too but for that you have to ask the institutes directly they provide best information. Hope it helps.

Please send your scores to the universities you are interested in and ask them, they usually reply within a week... They are the best source of information, if they say NO then only appear for the exam once again(why to waste money unnecessarily) Hope it helps :)
