My file got transferred to Havana on January 4 2019. Does anyone know generally how long Havana takes to issue AOR2 and/or Medical Request after file transfer. Thanks in advance for any info.

Point #1 says CURRENT country of residence, not ALL countries. I am not telling you what to do, but I find that following their instructions as stated usually works well. GOOD LUCK
