Why would they say decision made if they are still working on it though... I don't know man..

I did. On Feb 25th I got an email from them asking for my personal history since Jan, 2011. I replied the second day.

I'm in the same boat as I received their email asking for personal history (which is essentially the same thing as yours because I had long ago paid my RPRF and didn't need to submit fingerprints) on Feb 25 and replied to them on the next day. No communication since and e-cas has not been updated.

So everyone here who got an email from Ottawa asking for info got it from a dedicated/assigned officer? I got the personal history request email from the general "Case Processing Pilot" email account. Does that mean I am yet to be assigned to any officer unlike everybody else is?

It's been 7 days since I emailed them back for that but they haven't let me know whether it has been received...
