It takes longer than 120 days to get the blue book sometimes . The blue book is a copy of your application basicly I suggest you order your GCMS notes as they will give you valuable I formation related to your application that you will need. They take 30 days to get.

Did you get an AOR yet which would be your sporship approval and would,d have a file number in it and a client ID? If so you can link it which will then give you updated info on your file. Without the numbers you will not be able to link.

I would fill in the new form just in case so they would not have an excuse to delay it again

No, The Pro,ice certificate is done in the language of the country that issued it as long as it was done legally in the original country . That is why it needs to be translated and notarized in English or French to be sent to CIC

You will need to down load the form and have a new medical done as the medical needs to be valid when visa is issued and the Panel Doctors require the form now.

Use the new form or they will delay the process

Sorry to hear that Canada Post has lost your pkg. Did you keep a copy of the application? If you did not keep a copy I suggest you wait for the AOR which will tell you if they actually have your application.

The total time is 12 months however it depends on which agent gets the file in Havana and how fast they process it. I would order Gcms notes after it is in Havana 3 months that will give you an idea of how they are processing your application.

I personally would appeal.You only have 30 days from the date you received the letter to do that. Then I would order GCMS notes in 30 days as it takes that long for them to update the questions they asked your spouse and the reasons for denial based on the answers your spouse gave. Not genuine...
