When you do schedule A you need to go back to age 18 not 10 years although it says 10 years they want it back to age 18 We had to do ours over because of that

The visa is issued in the ppr country not in Canada She will need to return to India

You can upload it and a house number should not make a big difference

You have 30 days to update the forms they are requesting The email will have the forms required to update. If your medical and police check has expired they will need to be re done. If you have made any additional trips to see your spouse you can send copies, copies of phone calls , email etc...

Marriage is not genuine is the standard reason given to most for refusal of application . Order the gcms notes that will have the actual reasons they refused You will need to address those reasons and prove them wrong

They started background check April 2017 still waiting for visa Spouse is in Cuba

We won ADR Dec 20,2016. Received email to update forms April 18,2017. Background and security fi ished June 29,2017. Still waiting for visa.
