Yes that is correct The Cuban processing time is 13 months so anything before that is a gift. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to who gets through in a few months and who waits longer In our case it has been 3 years as of July 11 plus Good luck

The hospital is in Boyeros 53-7-647-1178. 537 643 5600 ext 5690 I suggest that you check the CIC web site as well and search panel doctor for Cuba as info may change .

You need to wait to get the request to have the medical done from CIC as they send you a form that must be taken to to the Panel Doctor and to make the appointment in Havana. Without the request form you cannot even make an appointment.

Usually 3 months from the time it is received in Ottawa.

When the medical is completed by the Panel Doctor they will email the results to immigration When immigration receives it that will show in your file in ecas

Print them sign them scan and send Make sure you also register and ask for signature when you mail them

Well in future make sure there is a head I g of the company name or a stamp of the agent giving you the history.

I think you can do it through ecas or call your immigration office that has assigned your file number

Unfortunately that will not work as they will only allow the person who it is for request it . The only other was is perhaps through Cuban Embassy worth a try and They do not answer the phone but do answer emails eventually Keep trying.

Yes we won Dec 20,2016 and it is now more than 7 months and still waiting on request for visa although we have met all the requirements for it to be issued.
