Has a friend, I,ll advice you don't cancel. Patience is the Key. We,ll eventually get there obviously. Submitted my application on the 13 got there 15 and i'm still keeping the hope alive. But if you insist, Your financial institution would be able to cancel it if its yet to be cashed by OINP.
