Thanks for your helps. I was asked to submit RCMP on Oct 2, and I submitted on Oct 18. In GCMS notes(under notes sections), it shows they received my RCMP on Oct 25, and criminality was passed on Oct 29. My eligibility was recommended passed on Oct 2, same date they asked for RCMP.
