After waiting 15 days, I still didn't receive any confirmation of landing interview. I decided to flagpole, and landed on March 6 at rainbow bridge.

Are you inland? If you are inland, you will either have PPR email or direct landing interview email. It depends on your office. If you have PPR email, you will have to mail 2 photos+ passport, they will return you passport and CoPR to you. Then you can land with your CoPR to officially become PR.

That's right. After you receive CoPR, you can either go to border or booking appointment to validate. You CoPR will be effective after officer signs on it.

I received PPR email on January 31. Send passport on Feb 4, got passport and CoPR back on Feb 14.
