If you have received a confirmation that you are in the pool then you'll definitely receive ITA. It doesn't matter at all that you received NOI or not. Many Congratulations in Advance :).

Why are you worried for NOI when you are going to get direct ITA in the very next draw?

In my opinion, it will change nothing. However, in worst case, the first draw after 6th will not see a decrease in CRS, but after that everything will be normal.

It is not happening first time, it is a normal practice. In initial draws, it was one of the most favorite topics of this forum members. Actually, people who go through PNP don't care about increasing their CRS because they know they are going to get 600 if they get nomination.

In my case, ICES was fastest. They issued my ECA after 12 days of receiving all required documents.
