    Don't know about WES but I can guide you about ICES standard delivery, I have been waiting for my ECA since February 23. I have received the duplicate through courier though :).

    Wrote essay first, counted the words then moved to the letter part. It doesn't take more than 2 minutes, very helpful for those who don't do too many writing practice tests like me.

    It means you can't state your ideas in minimum words, so in your case it worked. I've achieved 7 Bands in Writing twice. Both times, my essay wasn't more than 260 words long.

    Re-evaluation of writing module could be helpful, but the chances of getting improvement in listening scores are zero to none. It had better retake the test instead of wasting valuable time and money on re-evaluation.

    I got 8.5, 8, 7.5 and 6.5 in LRSW respectively. Is it worthy to go for remark ?

    I got same in speaking, EOR filed, waiting for the outcome for 2 months. Whatever the result I receive, I don't think they are doing it purposely.
