Please I need help and your opinion, In Canada are university or hotel semiskilled workers Civil servants? I need it for Schedule A, section 10 Government postions. If anyone had the same experiense and/or worked at those places did you write them as government positions? I am so confused:(

Today I linked my application to mycic finally. So, there is a line City of birth and I put there the name of the province where I was born, instead of city name. It worked. I read in different forum they put on city of birth line city and country name both, like Delhi, India.
