I want to keep my lawyer and case in Montreal. I am just moving for my work .

I got lawyer through legal aid and my BOA is submitted already .

Can we just move to another province and come for hearing when ever we get a date ? I am planning to move from Montreal to Tornoto . Is it possible ?

Yes you need to submit PCC where ever you stayed more then 6 months .

CIC received my Medical on 27 NOV. so after 3 weeks i got my answer. now in your situation first check with your medical center when they send your medical report. then count 4 weeks mex if all your docs are ok.

you need to upload you picture . no need for police check what you need to attack is your passport copy your welfare slip also before you apply online. first call your medical center and check if your medical result is sent to CIC. as if you apply before you will get refusal. good luck !

if you apply online and your medical result received by cic. you will get your work permit in 3 weeks mex. i applied on 27 of nov and got answer today that they issued my work permit and i will get in post in couple of day. Good Luck !
