    December 2011 cec appplications

Sorry dude, I'm in Ottawa, usually though, DMP take about 2 weeks to send the results as they have to wait for the blood tests from the provincial labs to come through. The PPR stage which is the next one after medicals assuming you are approved seems to be taking anywhere between 6-12 weeks...

    December 2011 cec appplications

Any December applicants without AOR and MR yet? I hope not, but it's been a little quiet on this page, so I'm not sure. I have a question for everyone, what is your ecas showing? When I log in, it says app received, and then I click on it and it says your app was received dec 21st. Nothing...

ECAS still not updated - is this common after AOR/MR received?

Hi everyone, I applied Dec 19th, received AOR and MR together on April 4th. Medicals received by CPP Ottawa on the 25th of April. I received a response from CPP Ottawa confirming my medicals were received. When I log in to eCAS, it still only shows application received, and when I click on it...

All January and February 2012 Applicants

Hi Katyah, I'm in Ottawa as well and got my AOR and MR on the 4th of April. I saw Margaret Buczek, and to be honest I wasn't very impressed with her. She was ok, but I didn't feel comfortable with her at all. I ended going o another DMP and just paid the fees over again. Hope your experience...

Aiden, I sent my RFPR fees with my original application so I'm not sure when they would request it. From what I recall, it is with the PPR that they ask you to submit it, as it's usually sent to the VO processing you application, from where the eventual PPR will arrive from. Any other updates...

    PPR/ Landing during uncertain status

True, I had tried getting through to then but was on hold forever before bein disconnected. But I got a hold of then today. Rep was pretty helpful, she explained that when I apply for restoration of status within 90 days of my Permit expiring, I'm still on implied status until a decision...

    PPR/ Landing during uncertain status

Hi guys, I'm just wondering about the following. My medicals were done beginning of this month for my CEC application. My question is, since my PGWP is expiring soon, I will be applying for a visitor visa to remain in Canada. But what happens if my PPR request comes before i send off my...

    December 2011 cec appplications

Pretty standard.. i know someties the results are sent the next day, but that is the exception. The reason for the roughly 2 weeks lag is they have to send the blood test to regional provincial labs, so it depends where your located, and which city your docter sends the blood tests too...

    CEC Refused...what to do now?

Try getting him to be more specific about the job duties then, and when you apply, you can write the applicable NOC code. Thats what I would think to do.. maybe Jes_ON can give an opinion on this. The reason being, that they want to make sure that the job duties match the NOC code, and also...

    CEC Refused...what to do now?

Well i had to use both jobs, previous one (9months) and current job, which seems to be ok now that i submitted a proper letter with job description etc. And yes, my current job is in a call centre environment where i have to deal with placing trades and so on. Got my PPR today!

Thats pretty awesome! Jut a quick question, were you applying for CEC via undergrad and 1 yr+ experience? Or 2yr+ work experience? And when did CPP Ottawa receive your medicals? 2 weeks after it was done?

PR application as in CEC refused

Whoops.. I guess I stand corrected. I too thought I had read someplace that only references from 0,A,B were required. Oh well, I didn't come across this situation luckily as both my jobs after uni were A and B. Thanks Jes

    CEC Refused...what to do now?

Yea I guess that would be the way to go, just speakng from personal experience, and those of some of my friends who've worked with the brokerages with the big banks here in Canada, they have all refused to apply for a LMO in all cases.. Rbc, td, cibc and Bmo. I don't know why theQ banks are so...

Thanks, And one more thing that is puzzling me, My ecas still only shows Application received. When I click on it, all it says is Permanent Residence in the heading. Nothing else, no dates no nothing.
