How can you request it beforehand? Dont you need any official document for PCC request?

Hello Everyone, I recently got AOR for my parents 2019 PGP application. My current family size is 3 (me and my parents). Can anyone tell me that if I get married and my family size changes from 3 to 4. Does that mean I have to qualify for family size of 4 for year 2016, 2017 and 2018?

Are we not supposed to receive AOR ? My application was received in May 28 but no email yet
