If someone is traveling back to Canada later, you can ask them to carry your PR card and then you can come back as a PR. TR is an extra step that can certainly be avoided!

Did you get an acknowledgement from them regarding photos received? I have send my photos thru DHL and since the address is a PO box, DHL is not updating as to who received and when it was delivered.

I don't how tough it is for them to just drop an email to the concerned person regarding this. Calling the call centre seems to be the only solution :(
