Well looking at the current trend, FSW are having an edge. CEC are still waiting. The one thing which i found weird looking at your signature, out app received date is same (December 23 according to AOR). Then how come there is gap of 8 days in AOR!

Last time i called, my file is still pending to review. so i am yet to reach level 2 and then there is decision phase as well.

Well if you got problems with CEC, why not come to canada as student, study for 2+ years, pay taxes here while working (and trust me the taxes hurt). So you may blame us, but technically CEC must be more priority as they are inland and already contributing.
