Expired DD is problem for many outland applicants. For Inland applicants (confirmed with TD bank), the draft doesn't expire. Applicants before Dec 8th have received AORs. Not sure about BMO. Go and check with the bank. If you still have the account with the bank, they should be able to dig up...

Well if i am not wrong, you need to select who issues your certificate and stuff. If the issuer of certificate is listed in the list, you should be good to go.

PNP processing time for all provinces now is too long. and they are not even sending notification to apply.

I am in the same boat buddy. I have applied for OINP. My spouse can't get the ECA as there is no equivalent degree for her in Canada. I am re appearing for my IELTS. Scoring CLB 9+ will help me.
