Create EE profile now. You never know if you are eligible for FSW or not? Also, it seems like you graduated in December, 2015 (just an educated guess). I don't know when you started your field job, but EE adds points of experience in one months advance i.e. they will add one year experience...

If you have already applied for EE after receiving ITA, why don't you contact OINP and cancel the OINP application? What are the chances of things going south in EE!! Sorry if that felt rude, but this can free up a place for someone who needs OINP!
