Hi Karen, No I haven't tried reaching out to CIC c.care. Sent them a status update email on Thursday, no response yet.

    WES follow up on documents

Keep trying is all you can do. WES is not good at respoding to questions. At times they respond but most of the times they don't. WES ECA process can be frustrating if it goes off track from the standard process.

This is normal. 2 days is too short a timeline for you to expect a change :) Wait some more, ideally your status should change to IP2 soon.

I will have to disagree with you here. As per me there's no preference in the process for some NOCs. It's going to be a nightmare for CIC to identify which NOCs to pass and which ones to hold. That will make it a manual process with additional checkpoints on "which-NOC-to-pass". That's not what...

Change to no documents needed is a good sign. Can't really say at what exact stage is your application but it is progressing which is what matters. The absolute way to know what's going on with the application is to orde GCMS notes. But I'd say you hold on some more time to order the notes. AOR...

You won't need transit visa to change terminals. You will most likely need to hop onto the train which runs in between different terminals. Again no transit visa needed. It's really a smooth process. Don't worry at all, once you land at LHR everything will make sense.

I traveled to US via this route. Bombay - Heathrow - Denver. If your onward flight is from LHR, you don't need a transit visa.

Anyone with Successful Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) of SCDL

I don't know if this will help. After ITA, you need to upload all documents (including ECA reports and educational qualifications). At this time, CIC checks all your educational credentials. This is a fool proof process and WES is the biggest agency in the world doing education verifications...

Hi, Can't really say. It appears that your file is not yet finalized. If your application is approved, they will mention specifically that the file has been approved. Now a days even after approval they are taking anywhere between 2 to 20 days for PPR email. At the same time since you are in...

Anyone with Successful Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) of SCDL

All, Don't waste you time to use SCDL PGDBM as your qualification for express entry. As mentioned on the first page of this thread, it is not recognized. I went throught the pain to gather transcripts from SCDL (it was easy to get transcripts), send them to WES etc. Finally what I got was that...

Express Entry Step by step instructions.

Okay, there might be something special in UAE. What other options does he/she has? I fail to believe that application can't be taken forward if you don't have the reference letter from employer.

Express Entry Step by step instructions.

Hi, you can give a letter from your colleague, if even that's not possible you can provide a notarized copy of self declared reference letter. But you need to back it up with official communications that your current employer isn't giving you the reference letter. Check the links below for more...

Maddy, historically applicants from India have been getting PPRs along with other nationalities. You may check this on the tracker. Personally, I don't think there's anything to do with nationality here. It's just that they may have a bureaucratic process. Plus we have no proof that escalating...

This is so true. The timeline is 6 months. Let's have some more patience. Agree that after approval they should ideally be sending PPR email but it's not a huge amount of delay anyway. Yes this is making folks like me anxious and tense but that won't help. We gotta wait and that's the reality.
