Are you applying inland or outside Canada? Let your employer know about your LMO issues so that they can contact CIC or if you have an agency who takes care of your application, let them do their part. Hope this helps.

If your employer has open Lmo, it would take 2-3 weeks time to get the confirmation number from HRSDC, I got mine exactly 3 weeks. But if your employer will then apply your Lmo, it's approximately 3 months.

Hello, if you're already in Canada i would say you should look for another employer that would give you LMO, if you can't find any employer in the province you were in, try looking for a job with LMO in other province. :)
