    One Police clearance certificate from each country is sufficient.There is no need to get PCC from different cities in the same country. Regarding second question senior members of the forum, who received their PER's would be able to help.

First they will check for completeness of application.If application is complete they will count it towards cap and DD will be cashed. If application is incomplete they will return it.     Active members of this forum have posted details of total no. of complete application received in this forum whenever it is updated in the CIO site.So we can see from those posts that 3112 has picked up speed along the way from july 1st till now. I wish it would slow down.

    hi DR-DARKMAN, every week 30+ applications in 3112 are being received by CIO. just type 3112 on the top right corner and search.If number of applications per week slows down, we will get a chance.I am assuming they are dealing with september 2nd week applications right now.
