Same here bro. I don't even want to call because I'll be more stressed if the processing hasn't started. The last time I tried calling, the automated message said: "we cannot transfer your call, please call at another time".

How can I get it? I am an inland applicant

My additional document status has changed. It was "documents you have provided have been uploaded" to "We are reviewing the document you have provided" and now back to "documents you have provided have been uploaded"? Went in reverse? any idea?
