You can resubmit all those again with a new profile but i am not quite followed the arrangement employment. Does this not let you re-apply?

This is one of the stupid mistake from CIC to not to inform the application what is needed to process the application and keep them in limbo and people like you were kept waiting to hear for no reason and finally file GCMS notes to learn new comments.

You will get PR it's just matter of time because of the delay. I read the notes from above links and there are no red alerts that you need to be worried about. Just hang on there. I know it's not easy, i've been pretending not to care but i have to admit i am also needing PR as badly as you do.

You better submit LOE because the agent updated comments as Review Required. Even he mentioned Funds are met but he doesn't want to approve on his end and may requesting his boss to cross check?

what is your AOR? You passed 6 month mark?

I am unable to view those links. But Security or Criminality isn't your biggest concern because meeting eligibility is essential then followed by the security and criminality and i hope those will be done without any issue.
