nope not common. usually pre-arrival is sent after eligibility is passed but there can always be things LVO does out of order and they dont always follow the same process for everyone.

were they both stamped? there are usually 2-3 different stamps, if the urdu was a copy or if english was a copy, the copy needs to have a "attested" stamp that its true

yes submit your FRC as well, its referred to as the family booklet by CIC. you can get the FRC easily online from Nadra website. make sure you or your husband have been updated as the "family head" in nadra database and then the wife shows under you.

you can only link online after you get AOR1. but if you have a lawyer then yoy wont be able to link it online since lawyer is your representative
