I think new format will be applicable for those who received only 1st line till now.

There is no good or bad in address update. CIC has updated mailing and residential addresses of all applicants in this month. It is normal course of action. Pls dont look for any fortune in it. By the way they did not consider any fact like consultant while updating residential address
