Thank you for the reply. None of the links here actually have information about what document you need to travel via road. I did try to find it but couldn't find anything about it. I called CIC today and they said all you need is COPR and passport when coming back from US.

I am not sure how it works for Outland applicant. I think you just do your landing when you come to Canada and then they give you the card 100 days later in Canada. I am not sure.

I wish buddy. If you are landing via a commercial carrier (plane, train, ship, bus) you need PR card or PRTD document from a country outside of Canada. It is really frustrating and stupid that they make us do this. I mean, they are stamping our passport, giving us COPR, giving us landing...

No Dependents. Additional documents were requested in the generic email. I send them my 10 yr history again with small revisions and new passport. If someone is still waiting, I am pretty sure you will have your PPR email this week. CIC just don't have a good system with application processing...

Finally. The Wait is over. I got my PPR email this morning. Jan 26th Applicant. PPR Feb 1st. Just send the passport package to Ottawa.

Thank you NBUNB. I couldn't be happier today. I am so relieved. Just send the package to Ottawa through Express Post. It should get there on Wednesday. Will keep you guys updated at every step. I am from Calgary and planning to do landing at Coutts border unless someone suggests otherwise.

I am getting a little stressed now. Most of the people that applied around me Jan 25-30 applicants already have PPR's. I might call CIC tomorrow, hopefully nothing unexpected happened with my file. Anyone else who applied in Jan 2015 waiting on PPR?

Hi Gagan, From what I understand, if you have a regular visitor visa to go along with your COPR, you can re-enter Canada. I will be applying for a visitor visa soon. I might be wrong. Anyone know if that is possible?
