    You don't need to show any financial proof if you're applying through SDS stream, as you have the required financial status (GIC + 1 year fees) However, property documents can be used for showing strong ties with your family & home country.

    Is this approval in principle mail? I think it is. Now because you have already done biometric and medical, then I guess they will send you study permit approval mail very soon! Wish you best of luck!

    I remember you applied for webform and they are still processing your file, if they are taking this much time then I guess it can an approval, I wish they should not keep awaited students for 5 months to just give them rejection.
