I am applying for SDS study visa from India. As additional financial proof I have made CA report ( moveable and immovable assets) of my parents which is Around 3.5cr .
In my file do I need to submit only the CA report or also all the supporting documents used in preparation of the CA report.

You don't need to show any financial proof if you're applying through SDS stream, as you have the required financial status (GIC + 1 year fees)

However, property documents can be used for showing strong ties with your family & home country.
