ABOUT THIS "SELDEC 1 and 4" DEBATE: I don't know much, but check the link below. This sample file has VISA ISSUED and SELDEC IS STILL 4. :) So may be, Seldec 4 (supposidly 'waived') or Seldec 1 (supposidly 'passed') REALLY does not matter :) What TRULY matters is that one gets the visa now. :)...
