sadly yes. Background check in progress since Mar 2017. I have ordered GCMS notes to see where is my application is stuck.

I am FSW. AOR is Dec 2.

I had the same change. I called CUC agents to check about it. Agent said they require additional documentation internally not from us.

I had the same change in my online account status today. Called CIC agents to check about it. The agent said that officer required more document from someone internally and nothing is required from me. So it's something that I can ignore.
