Yes u need to fill the details in receipt (use black ink) I also paid RPRF online and the CC was charged instantly. I have made the payment back to the bank after a week or so.

Seems NDVO sends PPR in batches i.e. almost all the candidates got PPR on 31-03-2015 hence another set of PPR will come soon wherein another set of user will receive PPR. I believe the one's who got their PPR on 01-04-2015 they went through the consultant hence a delay of one day on their PPR
