I just spoke to IRCC. My application is in process at Ottawa. I am MEP 10th of Feb and IP2 as of 27th of Feb 2018. Can any one please guide where am I standing ?

Shouldnt we expect to receive emails and post maintenance updates in the working hours instead ? The time in Ottawa right now is 7 am.

I think server maintenance was just to improve the efficiency and to deal with the data load effectively and PPR isnt like an automated message sent to the applicant.
