Could they write you a letter to verify your last 6 month balance average? Make sure it's on the bank's official letterhead and includes all your accounts with them. I did that with Bank of America, but also included 6 months of bank statements as well as my last few credit card statements.

Jan 23rd AoR here too. FSW-O in my case If you don't mind me asking: When was your last status update and how long did it take from Eligibility passed to PPR? I think my case got shelved right after Eligibility Met when COVID hit, curious about comparable cases in terms of timeline. Thanks!

My eligibility was passed back in March but Criminality is still in progress and security not started. Does this look like a generic COVID related delay or does this signify issues with biometrics not being updated etc. It appears in the GCMS files my biometrics have been received .
