I could not get the specific ref link. But it was one year from the issue date. Having said that it is better to be on the safer side and consider it has 6 months validity (as it cannot be more than 6 months before you apply, if you are in Canada).

I do not think ielts is for FSW and cec for cel pip. Which celpip you took?

I am sorry to hear the bad news. CIC is going on its decline spree. Saving grace is you have a back up and you would become pr in no time. My suggestion is you should apply again under EE.

While application is submitted , you cannot proceed forward unless ECA number is provided. I have seen members whose applications are cancelled inspite of filling the Eca number. I do not know why CIC is canceling applications. They have all the information to check and/or just can ask for an...
