Please check the new pcc rules. They just want a pcc from a country after you left the last time. Thus it implies that your pcc are valid. No need to reapply again. For the country where you currently live in....the pcc needs to be less than 6 months.

Hi Amer - Did you provide rcmp and medical exam report along with BOWP application? I have medical exam report taken in jun 2014 and rcmp in July 2014. Do you think I need to apply for new one before submitting for BOWP? I think medical exam is valid is for 1 year and do not know about rcmp...

For a fresh fbi pcc, it usually takes 14 weeks after they received it.

Rules have changed. If you are living in usa presently....it should be less than 6 months before you apply. If you had lived in usa before, any fbi pcc after the time you have left the country is valid. Google CIC pcc.

I am sorry to hear that. CIC is on a decline spree. It scares a lot as even after providing the docs, they do not provide a chance to explain.
