Hmmm, this could be difficult to resolve as once I called IRCC and they told that they take mails on first come first serve basis and not according to the application in process. In my opinion, you can contact IRCC agents as well as inform about this using their webform...

The instruction under Guide CIT003 states about the type of documents you will need. It asks for biographical page of passport as 1st ID and under number 2 it asks for two more personal Ids...
