hi I have send my application , on 30th aug 2018 and I did I one mistake I forgot my kid health card copy and minor check list , I have submitted old and new passport bio page , and birth certificate. kindly guide what should I do

I have a question regarding question 11, My eligibility is from Sep 14 2013 - Sep 14 2018
1.) Sep 14 2013 - May 10 2017 - employed
2.) May 11 2017 to June 20 2017 - Unemployed
3.) June 21 2017 - June 22 2017 - Employed (Only for 2 days then left the job)
4.) June 23 2017 - August 8 2017 -Unemployed
5.) August 9 2017- August 23 2017 - Employed (Only for 15 days)
6.) August 24 2017 - Sep 18 2017 - Unemployed
7.) Sep 19 2017 - Till date - Employed
My question is regarding my employment at number 3.) and 4.), How should I explain these short jobs in the question no. 11.

I added a separate sheet of paper to describe the times when I was unemployed. So in your case, add another sheet and put the actual dates above in a table. In the form for example you can write 2017-06 to 2017-06 - and fill employer details.

I had exact 1095 days the day I sent my application . I landed in Canada as a PR, traveled a few times to the states in the last 3 years ( I had kept a track of my enter and exit ). I think as long as your days are accurate and your physical calendar says you are eligible, I think you are good.

Good luck, hope everyone gets their application processed quickly. Also one think I've noticed is August had a big drop in citizenship applications compared to previous months ( May not be accurate as not everyone is in the spread sheet). Given that next year is election year there is a chance they might speed up the process.

From the last year's data, this years processing speed and drop in applications for August,I feel Sept applicants might start getting AOR starting Oct 15th.

Thanks for the updates as Iam in Bc we have non photo health cards for under 19 but has first last name and Dob, so that clubbed with passport makes two I’d with name date of birth and one having picture (passport) hope that works ? Opinions please
Secondly in jobs and adress S lived to we have to add date/ month/ year or month/ year format , a bit confusing as it says from YYYY-MM to YYYY-MM

The instruction under Guide CIT003 states about the type of documents you will need. It asks for biographical page of passport as 1st ID and under number 2 it asks for two more personal Ids.

In our case gave school report card as 1st copy of personal ID but that was issued by school board and the board official provided us with date of birth too with their own signature along with details of their contact. Used it as an ID and sent along with Health card which also is same like BC here.

Yes, jobs and addresses have YYYYMM format and in case of less than one month change you can use same month.

Hmmm, this could be difficult to resolve as once I called IRCC and they told that they take mails on first come first serve basis and not according to the application in process. In my opinion, you can contact IRCC agents as well as inform about this using their webform:

Since you still have time, you can send missing documents by courier and inform using webform about this action.

Anyone with better suggestions?

i spoke with agent today he told me they are working on 5th july files and average time to reach sept will be 2 months minimum.

if there is no error in my and spouse application than officer may ask for additional document , in our case i forgot to put health card as second id .
as i thought old PP issued in India and new PP issued in Canada is sufficient{my kid } .

if my file returns than i have to start as fresh by re sending the same again.

he told me once you see your file number online than only he can tell about any discrepancy.
