Just spoke to an agent and he said that they are still reviewing the eligibility and Security check not started yet. Agent said no action required from my side and you have to wait patiently. :( I am not sure how much time they will take.

Call them and try to get an update.

you have to keep trying and wait for you luck to get connected. Last week I tried and got connected after dialing 12 times.
