Call them . Ask for an update and if you get a good agent then he or she will send a reminder. Just hope for the best.

That is what I said earlier that we cannot predict what IRCC is doing in the background and they don't update status frequently.

No started yet. As per the online profile , Eligibility check is going on but we cannot rely on the online profile because I have seen some people who got the PPR email straight away after the IP1. Sometimes IRCC works in the background.
