When they said decision made, did you ask them if your application is approved ??

OK! I am clueless then. I would say wait for 2 days and call CIC again, may be by that time the decision will be updated in your GCMS. I have called CIC lot many times until I got a nice agent who opened my application and revealed the actual status. Good luck!!!

Don't panic KaydenB, your application might have been already approved. Most often CIC agents are not supposed to reveal that to the callers. I am guessing CIC is prioritizing PPRs based on NOC codes. Do you fall under "Level B" occupation ??

This line got added to my ecas on Friday Aug 7 may be. Strange thing is this was added after the decision made was added (Decision made July 28th) When I called CIC on friday the agent said my PR was approved on July 23rd. But no PPR yet.

May be CIC's July quota for PPRs is full. We might have been pushed to August. Who knows.

Congrats! Jack365. You can call CIC call center to make your landing arrangements at a local CIC office in Toronto. Alternately if you drive, you can just do a flag pole at Peace Bridge. You dont need to enter US, officer at US border will see your passport and send you back to Canadian entry...
