Guys basis your experience which has the probability of hitting the CAP first (2171 or 2173)?? The job roles fit in both but more aligned towards 2173 and that is what I want to go with although my job title goes with 2171

That is incorrect, refer the checklist, you need to provide proof alongwith the ECA. Please submit your marksheets, as long as it is in English you do not need notarized copies.

Just as an FYI to people from INDIA, anyone with a BE + MMS, WES considers this as a MASTERS, just saw my report online. So fill your form accordingly and enjoy some additional points

Finally I get a positive response from WES, they are going to ship my report today and I should receive it by Tuesday latest. Hope they do it today cause I cannot see a tracking number yet. My package should reach CIC by 2nd June. Freakin one month late!! God knows if 2173 is still open, fingers...

So I have a BE + MMS (Mumbai Univ) and that qualifies as 2 or more canadian post-secondary degrees. So in generic form I should still go with Bachelors degree right?? Hoping CIC will consider this as 22 points

As per David Cohens email today, you can apply for multiple NOC, but its two separate applications with two fees. This also means two ECA reports, PCC etc.
