hi, what will happen to those application which reached CIC after 12,000 cab is full ? I am suppose to apply under NOC Type A (CEC) last week of DEC 2013. any idea ? Thanks

My Work experience In 2171 (got when applied for LMO) - 1 Year >> Skill Type A In 2283 (got when applied for LMO)- 10 month >> Skill Type B So you mean to say that in any case I need the Skill Set "A" Eligibility as I am planning to apply under 2171 only? I am correct?

Rate of success depends on many parameter but NOT from where you apply. Thx

Hi, U can apply from Canada or Outside Canada there is no difference as long as you are eligible to apply under CEC. even the processing time is same 12 - 14 months. Senior correct me if I am not. Thx
