Will new rules affect me

Hi Guys,
Just want to check from all of you. As you my previous application was rejected due to miscalculation of experience, will any change in new rules will affect me. My NOC is 2113 comes under NOC A ..IELTS is 8.0. Oh I am starting work from 20th Nov so current occupation I put as unemployed..

I am sending my application on tuesday so please let me know if there should be any change. I checked the new rules looks like it wont affect me

the only way it affects you is the cap 12 000 reached.

yeah, which i think will be ok since they are calculating it from 9th nov..and i will send my application first thing on tuesday...assuming they dont get 12,000 application in 1 week

who in the world can tell me a CAP for CEC will be reached by tuesday lol

what will happen to those application which reached CIC after 12,000 cab is full ?

I am suppose to apply under NOC Type A (CEC) last week of DEC 2013.


any idea ?

They will return ur application and will ask u to apply from new cap date
